Gain-in-Weight System

Microprocessor based feeding arrangement: The Weighing Bin is placed on Load Cells. Different materials from different feeding equipment can be fed into the Bin. As the material is gradually accumulated, continuous gain in weight of the Weighing Bin is monitored through a Feedback Loop. Accordingly, Start / Stop / Control of these different Feeding Equipment is maintained by Recipe Controls to match a Target Batch Weight.

This Gravimetric Feeding System is applied basically in a Batching Plant where various materials are required to be mixed in a preset proportion to prepare a batch.
