Used  for closing bins, hoppers and silos containing powders or granular materials, or to close screw conveyor outlets, Butterfly Valves are and always will be among the most widely used conveyor equipment.

 

Configurations:

Available from Nominal Diameter 100mm (4″) — 400mm (16″) for Maximum Pressure of 0.2 bar (3 psi):

  • Model VFS valves consist of two high-pressure die-cast semi-bodies made from aluminum alloy, a steel core disc coated with WAM’s unique FDA approved polymer composite SINTRAL and a pre-tensioned Elastomer seal
  • Model V1FS has a top flange and a bottom section suitable for fixing of a flexible sleeve 
  • Model V2FS has identical top and bottom flanges
