Chain Conveyor is a revolutionary concept which takes care of major factors Power, Space & Environment. It is slow moving Equipment backed up by control panel having digital Logic controllers and sensors for automatic operation for chain tensioning device and under speed monitor which makes it virtually maintenance free.
It handles a wide spectrum of materials like Coal, Ash, Foodgrains, Chemicals, Pesticides, Bulk Drugs, Animal Feeds, Salt, Sugar, Milk Powder, Fertilizers to name a few. Particles ranging from fines to 20mm lump size with an operating temperature upto 200 Deg C can be conveyed. It facilitates multi axis conveying with single drive machine. The conveyor come in mild steel & stainless steel constructions, with the conveyor chain made out of hardened and tempered alloy steel materials, with high tensile and wear resistant properties.
