 It is a Microprocessor Based Feeding Arrangement. The Weighing Bin is placed on Load cells. Different material, from different feeding equipment, is fed into that Bin. As the material is gradually accumulated, continuous gain in weight of the Weighing Bin is monitored through a feed back loop. Accordingly start / stop / control of these different Feeding Equipment is maintained by Recipe Controls to match a Target Batch Weight.
This Gravimetric Feeding System is applied basically in a Batching Plant where a various materials are required to be mixed in a preset proportion to prepare a batch
