There are three Discharge Types
:
 Centrifugal Discharge Type
Economic and simple design, generally suitable for free flowing materials fins to small lump size, Buckets fixed on elevator chain or belt at regular intervals.
Correct speed of Buckets over the head wheel ensure proper discharge of materials by centrifugal action from the bucket to the discharge chute |

with Bucket continuously. Suitable for handling a wide range of materials
over a range of fines to large lump size. Operates relatively at slower
speed.
Material discharged from the Bucket flows over the back of the preceeding
Bucket which acts as a chute. |

 Positive
Discharge Type Buckets are end mounted from the wing attachments of double
strand elevator chain having slow bucket speed. Buckets are inverted over
the discharge spout when the chain is stubbed back under the head
sprockets, thereby imparting slight impact. Best suitable for sluggish,
sticky, areated and fragile materials. |
